Both photographers and athletes can create accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and all activities under your account.

Photographers retain full ownership of uploaded photos but grant ZebraSnap a license to display and sell them.

Commission rates: 13.5% - 18.5% based on your plan

Our AI tools (bib detection, facial recognition) are provided as-is. We continuously improve accuracy but are not liable for inaccuracies.

Note: AI accuracy improves with usage and feedback

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy.

Secure: Bank-level encryption for all transactions

We may terminate accounts for violations of these terms. You can appeal decisions by contacting our support team.

Fair process: All terminations include appeal rights

ZebraSnap is not liable for indirect damages. Our platform is provided "as-is" and you use it at your own risk. We strive to maintain high service quality but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.
